Welcome to Wonderful Wimbledon!

Our class is named after the Famous Wimbledon underground station. It is the only station in London that provides an interchange between the London Underground and Tramlink. Wimbledon is also famous for the oldest and prestigious tennis championship tournament in the world; and has been on the current ground since 1922.

We are a happy, caring, and curious learners. In our class, we work hard and try our best. We are passionate about learning, resilient and hard working. In Wimbledon class, we aim to work collaboratively with the staff and friends in a safe and positive environment and to motivate each other throughout our learning journey.

Don't let what you can't do stop you from doing what you can.

John Wooden

We are going to enjoy a busy year packed with interesting learning such as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Ancient Greece, and the history of chocolate. We will also explore the geographical aspect to our local area, as well as learning French and how to build good relationships.

In Wimbledon class, we know that working hard will enable us to achieve a positive learning outcome. We believe we can achieve anything, if we work together as a team, treat each other kindly with respect and have lots of fun.
