Teacher's Comments

Welcome back to Presley Class. Our class is named after the iconic Elvis Presley known for his bold personality and self-confidence. This year much like him, we will be bold and confident in our learning, showing resilience and confidence when faced with challenge.

Presley class will be an environment full of hard working, determined learners who are not afraid to ask questions to find out why. In Presley class we will aim high and dream big to ensure we are successful in our learning and all that we do.

This year we have many exciting topics to explore. We will begin with the Romans, before trying our hands at magic when studying Potions. From here, we will take a trip into the city, before exploring the turbulent time of the Vikings. In the summer term, we will travel on a road trip around the USA and then around the world as part of our fantastic ‘Life On A Plate’ topic.

We will be respectful of each other and treat others how we would like to be treated. We will create an environment where everyone is equal and have the opportunity to grow and develop at their own pace ensuring equality for all.

Our class and school values are very important and being in Presley class we will make sure that we follow the values to ensure a happy, fun, learning environment.

Values are like fingerprints. Nobody's are the same, but you leave 'em all over everything you do.
