Welcome to Beckham Class!

Our class is named after the legendary footballer, David Beckham. As a child, David Beckham set himself a goal to become a footballer and showed great resilience and determination to help him achieve his dream. He began playing football for Manchester United when he was only 17 years old. David Beckham persevered throughout his career to become the first English player to win league titles in four countries: England, Spain, the United States and France.

Just like David, in Beckham class we use our resilience and determination to achieve our goals and persevere, even when the task is tough.

David Beckham is kind and caring to all of those around him. He has been a UNICEF ambassador since 2005 - that's 18 years! David works tirelessly to support children's rights all over the world. In Beckham class, we also believe in being kind and considerate to everyone around us.

We have a super exciting year ahead of us with lots of interesting topics to cover including exploring different traditional tales in 'Once upon a time', diving into the underwater world in 'Under the sea' and learning about all kinds of transport in our travel topic.

Brilliant Beckham class is filled with inquisitive and excited learners and we can't wait to show our wonderful learning off to you.

The only time you run out of chances is when you stop taking them.
