Welcome to Brilliant Balham!

I am very excited to be your teacher and to welcome you back for a year full of fun.

I look forward to being a strong, caring and supportive teacher for you and creating a very warm and safe environment for you in our lovely new classroom.

Year 3 will be a very busy year but with the excitement of all the new discoveries and explorations of our topics including our fun and informative curriculum theme days.

Lots of the topics we will be focusing on this year will be fun filled and engaging. These will include discovering more about chocolate, learning all about the Ancient Greeks, and investigating what happened during the Stone Age. We will also be investigating volcanoes and also beginning to learn French.

You are now starting KS2 and some things may seem tricky and difficult, which means that you have to be resilient, have lots of courage and most importantly, believe in yourself. I will give you all the support I can for you to have an amazing year!
